Pricing Questions
What kind of data can the agent be trained on?
Any data you own — documents, databases, spreadsheets, help desk tickets, CRM records, API responses, internal wikis. We connect to your sources securely and build retrieval pipelines specific to your business context.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We never use your data to train general models. Your data stays within your agent's environment — either on our managed infrastructure with strict isolation, or on your own cloud where you retain full control.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is scoped on the discovery call based on complexity, integrations, and deployment model. We don't publish fixed prices because every agent is different — but we give you a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. No surprises.
Can the agent connect to my existing tools?
Yes. We integrate with Slack, email, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and most tools with an API. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
What happens after the 14-day support period?
On managed plans, monitoring and maintenance are included in your usage fee. On self-hosted, you can optionally purchase a support plan or manage it independently with the full source code we hand off.
What if the agent doesn't work as expected?
We iterate until it does. The 14-day post-launch window exists specifically for this — real-world testing, edge case handling, and tuning. We don't disappear after deploy.
